Thanks to the wide range of tools at our disposal and our fifty years of experience in co-design, we support the customer in the industrialisation of the whole production process.

From feasibility study up to the analysis phase, to the proposal of improvements to enhance the product features, from sharing the prototyping and pre-series production phases with soft-tools, where required, up to the validation and start of mass production.

We are experts in the use of transfer for deep drawing, stamping, blanking and cold forming, including differentiated and creative applications.

We ensure advanced applications on fast drawing and stamping, thanks to the constant updating of the 'traditional' technique of using progressive dies.

We translate collateral technologies in a contemporary way, striving to optimise the production process and labour costs.

DEEP DRAWING TRANSFERT DIES

We guarantee excellent deep-drawing and transfert stamping technology, thanks to the use of a large range of machinery from fast machines to slow machines with a large working surface. We produce deep drawn products in steel, pre-coated steel, aluminium and stainless steel of significant complexity and with extreme precision. Our HYBRID-BLANKING technology makes it possible to obtain even very thick parts, with fine blanking tolerances and roughness and absolute flatness.

HYBRID BLANKING

Our progressive blanking technology is state-of-the-art. We use a wide range of tools, from fast to slow machines with a large working surface. With great attention to detail, we develop complex products in steel, pre-coated steel, aluminium and stainless steel. We use multi-configuration equipment to achieve production capacities reaching hundreds of millions of parts per year.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES ON SHEET METAL, PIPES AND PROFILES

Our processes include sheet metal punching machines, bending press and fibre laser cutting equipment, from sheet (2D), on round, square or shaped section tubes and on stamped parts (3D), taking into account a wide range of materials, including highly reflective materials, copper and brass. We use automatic cutting, deburring and washing equipment for tube bars as well as CNC double-spindle bending equipment. We are the ideal partner for processing tubes with diameters from 10 mm to 110 mm and steel, stainless steel and pre-galvanised steel sheets in thicknesses up to 10 mm.

COMPLEMENTARY PROCESSING

Our primary processes are complemented by swarf removal technologies for finishing machining operations and by brushing, sanding, grinding, tumbling, magnetic deburring, degreasing and washing technologies to give the blanked part the required surface characteristics and eliminate blanking burrs. We are experts in mass production automated assembly operations by robotic MIG/MAG, TIG and LASER welding. We carry out certified manual welding by our experienced operators.

AUTOMATIC LASER WELDING

Our stainless steel laser welding technology enables us to weld safety parts with very high precision. We use the latest generation of fibre welding equipment for optimum results and minimum heat input. We guarantee welds of extremely low thickness and without distortion, excellent aesthetic quality thanks to the use of inert gases, high welding speed, wide range of materials, 30.00 kg maximum piece weight. We employ integrated automatic assembly and welding lines, which we developed in-house thanks to many years of expertise and are equipped with product traceability systems using QR codes, storing each individual part of welding and control parameters and any other information useful for product safety. Our lines are equipped with laser-welding-monitoring systems for absolute assurance of welding quality. Where required, weld joints can be tested for 100% watertightness by our automatic equipment.

AUTOMATED ASSEMBLIES

We have fully automatic assembly lines for mass production which are developed specifically for individual products or product families. All lines are equipped with Poka-Yoke systems or 100% control devices to ensure the highest quality.

CLEANLINESS

Compliance with the cleaning requirements set by the customer is of paramount importance to us: in order to ensure maximum cleaning efficiency, we employ several water, modified alcohol and hydrocarbon washing lines. Precision ultrasonic cleaning systems with fully PLC automated cycles, warm pre-rinsing and washing with automated detergent dosing, 65°C max temperature, ultrasounds, 0.5/5 micron magnetic filtering and oil separator. Cold rinsing and hot drying in air circulating oven (60/120°C). We employ a grey room for packaging after the washing cycle in protected area and our washing laboratory is fully equipped for ensuring a constant monitoring on the performance of the washing systems.

Quality control

The quality of the product is our goal: every single supplied item is checked by the operators or through automatic vision systems, capable of detecting dimensional, aesthetic or surface defects, thanks to 3D laser scanning.
We have a number of special or multipurpose automatic systems to maximise control speed and minimise detection errors. We use endoscopes and microscopes for meticulous checks even in the least accessible areas of the product.

Tool shop

Our technical department supports the customer in the design of the product, development of the manufacturing process, control process and traceability systems.
We have CAD systems for designing equipment and production lines.
The production process can be tested virtually thanks to advanced FEA systems that simulate the behaviour of the material at different stages of processing.
Our tooling department is available for physical prototyping and production tooling phases, as well as for the maintenance of equipment in total autonomy throughout the life of the product.
